I've only got the 17's but the front right mudspat fouls when turning and gads does it sound terrible! Anybody else notice this? Scared the heck out of me when I first heard it.

Make sure the "screw" thingo's are pushed in all the way.

I had the same problem, found out that I didn't push them in all the way...

I'll check tonight if they are fitted properly, the sound it makes when it rubs really makes you sit up and take notice!

When I fitted mine I noticed that a fair amount of force was required to get the "christmas tree" plugs all the way in.

I would be fairly certain that this is your problem.
