I cant believe you blokes down there have to wait so long to get a run in. I have to drive 2 & abit hours to get there but I drive in & out as much as I like.

12.8 @ 119MPH with a 2.45s 60 foot on street tyres...

Well done, you have to work hard in a manual for a decent time, and you were on true street rubber.

Your mph is good enough for a 11 sec pass without doubt, get some m/t drag radials you will chop another 1/2 sec of that time easy, then you will need that perfect launch to get it down further..

Thanks boys... Yeah, will source some MTs...

Think I will try and get some 16 inch wheels and tyres... Maybe buy some stock rims and widen them...

It is fun... But frusterating when you f*ck up the launch... It's hard not to get excited and rip too big a burnout on the street tyres and warm them up too much...

Also launching as well... You just wanna wind it right up and drop the clutch.. LOL

One day I will get that perfect launch!!! :verysad:

Congratz Worm! I wouldn't mind giving it a crack down at Calder one night! What do you need to have to run at Calder? Any safety mods or safety gear? Maybe myself and Arse Pec should come on down with you for a night!

Congratz again!

Hey worm, Kudos on giving it a go.

Wait till after the Deca day & I will have 2 X 16inch rims stockies you can have for a 6 pack.

Thanks mate... Let me know when they are up for sale (or beers! LOL)

yeah GR8... Come down... We should organise a cruise down there and get on the infield... I will organise it if we get enough people interested...

Safety mods... No... Just if you have nitrous... LOL

Gear... Long sleeve top, pants and must have shoes... Also need a helmet, which you can buy online for about $50 or borrow from calder for abour $25... (Not recommended...)
