People who can drive a manual are becoming a rare breed, more and more people are getting auto only licences I spouse its just easier to stick the car into drive and the mind into neutral these days.

Its just the future. There was a time we didnt have remote controls for the TV.

And is he saying his misses licence is restricted to a manuel for life? If so, whats State does this?

Maybe they could stick the ZF in them and be done with it.

She can drive a manual, but choses not to get her license or drive a manual car.

We are in W.A. so she would have to do a driving test in a manual car.

Her license has a restriction on it saying automatic car only.

Not a life sentence but she flattly refuses to get it. F@#$%^ if I know why??????????????????

And it p!sses me off because I have to fork out more for any car that I buy for her to drive as auto gearboxes cost you more.

In my opinion, when youngsters start out in there driving careers, they should be made to drive a manula only car for the duration of their P plate time.

Experience is what is needed with more and more people on the roads these days.
