Ok Cool. All I can say is.....

Get tyourself a great camera that has a LONG EXPOSURE setting. Something like 1-2 min.

Then grab yourself a light box, torch anything that makes light, and shine it on the car, away from the camera otherwise you end up with bright lights on the pic. Highlight all the bits you want to see and PRESTO. You should have a great pic.

He has obviously done this alot of times and has the technique down pat. Give it a shot and see how you go.

Oh yeah, make sure it is PITCH BLACK and you wear black clothes otherwise you will be seen in the pic.

Make sure the light source has a soft filter on it or it will be to bright - striking, something like baking paper...move slowly but quickly round the car and dont let the light shine directly at the camera...

its gotta be pitch black and you 'paint' the subject with light while the shutter is open...
