Actually my ford mechanic neighbour and I had a go at fitting them after fitting the headlights in and the bulb is too long, in theory you could get a spacer made up for it but I don't want to muck around with them anymore.

I ordered a set of those last week, H3 1W LED which is 20mm long according to the seller so they should fit fine and will hopefully match the white of the HIDs :)

I run 3w Luxeon LED's in mine (H11).

It is like a sharp point of bright light.

You would not want HID's that low as it would be way to glary and a danger to oncoming traffic.

The only way it would be practical would be as high beam.

Mine look brighter in the picture, it does not cast much light.

Only LED brake/tail lights will affect the ABS/CC.

I have the Luxeon LED's in my parkers and foggies without any problems.

I also have them in all the interior lighting.

Are different brands of HID bulbs interchangeable between kits?

I.e would the Helligblahblah kit I bought in the group buy be able to change into a H3C bulb?
