F6 cant go wrong I have one

drove the gt cant say I liked it sounded good though

p.s im thinking of adding a 3.5 in exhuast and a high flow cat what do u recomend

In the BF2 302kw version I could understand the interest in the GT......but in the FG the GT looks diabolical, the bonnet bulge is all wrong, and its just a nugget.

F6 all the way!!!!!

Depends if you looking for a cruiser or not.

I guess the decision is like deciding between a Harley Davidson or a Yamaha R1. If you want the sound and image then go for the GT and if you want performance with easy modification then go the F6. Personally I'd go the F6 due to it's ease of modification and outright grunt. I think I'd be disappointed if I spent that much on a GT and only managed around 250rwkw.

Go the F6 mate!! The GT is nice however in a stock package the F6 is better in most ways (unless it's blown of course) Yeah I gotta admit I would love that. I have the FG XR6 turbo ute (manual), Luxury pack, in Silhouette and it is awesome. I have owned it for 12 months and had no problems with it! I'm a clean freak so the car is as new.. Still having seen and heard Christian's FG Super Pursuit (Harrop Blown), part of me still says "Shoulda gone for the Eight!" lol

F6, mate.

If you want a V8, either wait for the new Coyote engine to come out or get a HSV V8. The current Ford V8 is at the end of it's life cycle.

Hi Guys, I still got my xr6 turbo ute still keepin it though ( had mods done to it), but bought a brand new FG GT with the upgraded brembos and the extras for only 59,000 drive away! Bloody awsome car though not as fast off the line like a f6 but a long straight road gt will fly. But still love turbos! :spoton:

the FG GT is a boring slug in a straight line... but then so is an F6... just a little bit less of a slug. The F6 is alot more boring in a straight line though - no sweet soul sounds.

The GT has a more manly feel and note ( and hump and rear spoiler!) that would make me buy it if they were left stock. and at 17K savings its a no brainer.

if it wasnt for the discount, however and you are gonna mod it, I would go F6 and get it to at least 350rwkw (ala Nizpro FG Stage 2)...
