I've searched the forums a fair bit RE towing and understand the towing limits of the xr6t and that they have no probs with it.However I could not find an answer for this question. What are people’s thoughts on towing with a modified T with about 350rwkw? Obviously the clutch would have been replaced long ago with a higher spec twin plate.Apologies if this has been answered before, but I was unable to find any info.Cheers,Brendan

Other than that you should be right.

The BA/BF clutchs were very poor, so with an uprated unit you should have no problems. Just try and shift down gears rather than loading up the higher gears to accelerate and go up hills. Would it be worth getting a custom tune to limit engine output for such trips?

Just did near on 5 thou K's towing a trailer it was a breeze just had to keep it to reasonable speeds when over taking B-Quads.
