pretty sure u have to go back to the same tuner.. well that's wat iv heard..

oh im sure u can write over them, same as the sct software

sct is the flast tuner.. like I dont think a tuner can add onto what your tuner has put in.. but im unsure as to wat happens when your tuner unlocks your vin... well this is what I understand from what a other tuner has told me.. correct me if im wrong

When you go to a tuner for a vcm tune, your vin is locked into their dongle.

For a retune you have to either go back to the original tuner, or pay an additional licence fee to have you vin locked to another tuner.

But, if you buy the software yourself, you have your own dongle and could take it anywhere you wish.
