mr gsr Member 46 Member For: 16y 9m 15d Posted 31/03/09 10:59 AM Share Posted 31/03/09 10:59 AM When you go to a tuner for a vcm tune, your vin is locked into their dongle.For a retune you have to either go back to the original tuner, or pay an additional licence fee to have you vin locked to another tuner.But, if you buy the software yourself, you have your own dongle and could take it anywhere you wish.
