Every 0.1 you drop off your 60ft you will save 0.2 off your 1/4 time roughly.

So working on that figure if you can get your 60ft down to 2.0 flat then your 1/4 time will come down by 0.8.

Your 12.2 suddenly becomes a 11.4 EASY I reckon. Get your 60ft down and the times will come.

Dont think that sounds right maximus....2.0 60 ft wont equate to a easy 11.4

I saw your run, just get your 60ft to a 1.9 and you,ll run a 11!will need to get your mph up around 124-125 if you hope to go deep into the 11s

good luck with it all

cheers lee

mid 120's will get you low - mid 11's but you'll struggle with anything less.

Working on your logic, he would more than likely be closer to 11.6 instead of 11.4. In order for that to happen the car would haveto have one hell of a midrange & it would come on full power early then hold it across the rev range... Not lkely with a standard motor imo :mexicanwave:

Well done on the low 12 though TF & good luck with chasing that 11 :mexicanwave:

For a first go of 12.2 with a sh*tty 2.4 60ft he will get mid 11's next time for sure with some good tyres.

The MPH doesn't lie though and a 120+mph should be good for mid-low 11's.

ANyways get back out on the track with some good tyres are prove me right.

a little burnout always helps!

the burnout doesnt have to be as big as what you would have to do with Et's.

I would have also dropped a couple of psi out of your tyres as well.
