Buf - that's terrible mate... Shockin!

Your Dad's probably right for not wanting you to get involved though when you dont live there, it'd likely be your Dad that see's the backlash when your not around if you acted on the bloke... What a tosser though.

Back when I was livin in England, my 13 year old cousin had a lovely staffy!

He was walkin it one day and some bloke just stole it right from him.

I ended up findin the bloke a couple days later with my cousin in tow and he gave it back after a few choice words and before anything went off luckily!

Mate at work had a Malamute. he had to end up putting it down as it was stating to get visious with his wife and daughter. It was fine while he was at home but as soon as he left she would get up on her hind legs and try to break the back door down to get into the house and when she would let it in it would bail her up. It howled all night. The dog was walked every day and he took it to work at least once a week as well. it destroyed his back yard, holes everywhere and even chewed his hardwood deck. he had trainers come to his house to try and fix her he even tried a dog wisperer. He did heaps of research and got it from a really good breader in VIC as well (he lives on the gold coast).

You want a fun, loving, loyal dog that is great with kids. get a staffie. I hated dogs before I got my staffie but now I wouldn't get any other dog.

I can only imagine other forms of other pay back as well... which he would never have known came from anyone...

Dam man that's just some nasty sh!7... :innocent:

I have been told by a few people that female Malamutes are really possessive of their owner and will not listen to anyone else where as males are more than happy to interact with groups and will obey not just their owner. Pity about your mates dog though......

I also love Staffys, they are such a lovely dog, we have had a few Staffys in the family and all have been brilliant, but like I have said I want a dog that will challenge me more than staffy, I just find them so chilled out and easy (not that there is anything wrong with that).

After owning a Malamute for 10-15 years I will probably want a Staffy though haha

So didnt end up getting a Malamute..........

But got two Huskies instead....

They are two boys named Bowie (black with different coloured eyes hence the name) and Curtis (Grey blue eyes).

They are 7 weeks old and are quite a handful, toilet training is fun.................................................NOT!!!

Where you end up getting them from?

And congrats man - while your training them, only other extra you might want to do is try to get them NOT to howl... Huskys are realllllllyyyyy bad for that!

Smicky,

Got them from just outside Hobart, got Bowie cheaper cause he has a hernia, but that's no big deal $40 and its fixed, im not breeding them so I will just get it done when they are de-sexed.

Sleepless nights are a common occurrence at the moment, im writing this now after some 4am toilet traning, it will all be worth it though
