It's not a depp sound, it's more of a high pitch sound........sort of high pitched metal if that makes sense??????????????Any ideas where it would be coming from and what it would be?? Thanks heaps

Also I've had all my diff bushes done recently as I got the fulcrum main bush done.May be the gearbox perhaps??

Lifetime Members 7,935 Member For: 21y 24d Gender: Male Location: Sydney Posted 05/07/11 09:52 AM Share Posted 05/07/11 09:52 AM The ting ting sound is just the driveline taking up the pressure, as it is used to going forwards and then has some slack going into reverse. Nothing to worry about

That being said slow engage into reverse could be signs of the box being a little tired How many kms she done and is it the original stock auto?
