No real comparison with the other reccomendations of XR5T and Mazda 3 MPS or even WRX but EVO IX is its best rival.N/A motor that some ppl are supercharging and then its look out.I.B. The only issue I had with it was that the indicator stick is on the left hand side of the column. Every time I changed lanes I turned on the wipers .I still look at them when they drive past and wonder what if...... When the lease is up on this in three years will probably get an FPV 8 and put on a decent supercharger set up. Good to have a change now and then, and the sound of a s/charged 8 mmmmm. I was looking at all the little hatches like Bora 4Motion, GTi-6's, Megane 225 Cups and that. Then by chance I came across my current car, test drove and fell in love. Now I look back, I am so happy I didn't get a hatch - a bit too girly for me now! If you trade in your car, just make sure its the right decision!
