Oh ... my passenger side front window is a lot slower to go up and down that the others ... factory option !!

Easy fix JP, get some silicon spray and spray it in both side rails where the window slide down. It will go faster then the drivers window then.

Hey I thought I was the only one..

Door actuator crapped itself

Bonnet cable broke

Front seat plastic bit broke off

Passenger window slow to go up

Diff clunk

Wierd sound from the RH front suspension when it rains (buggered if I know)

Pipe from the crossover to the rocker cover broke too where it connects to the crossover

Cup holder wont stay shut

Slow ass seat belt

All these little things happened around the 100,000kms mark.. (apart from the diff) Its as if Ford time all these things to fark up as soon as ya warranty finishes so they can get more $$ from ya.. Most of the stuff has been fixed, its just annoying.

Now just waiting for something else to let go and need replacing LOL..

Your not alone....

I asked around about the gear box when the car was in gettin fixed and everyone said the same thing , I told he service guy I liased with and he was addiment it was not and the box is fine !!! ha !!! I baby the box and adjusted to it for now till I get im thinking the six speeder.

im keeping the car cause its mint except for the drive line which evetually will all get juiced up ( natural progress I guess ) . the best thing is , it is slightly sick but I can still outrun ss crummys and keep up with most modifed 8's .

of course its gonna happen at 100,000klm cos that's when your warranty expires. (or 105). that's why they do a sht job servicing, cos they know it will still last 105k - when the warranty expires !! scheduled ford servicing extends your warranty but kills your vehicle quicker !! they plan this sht !!!

I know there are mass produced cars but you would think they would last longer , my old xc ute I had for a couple of years coped an absolue canning being on my p 's and hit a few things but just replace a panel here and there and serviced and tune up at home when needed and it ran forever and didnt complain at all ! car manufactures need there a holes kicked . ive heard stories from mechanic mates that work for ford and Expensive Daewoo and cant believe some of the lemons that get out !
