Donating Members 1,739 Member For: 17y 10m 9d Gender: Male Location: Dianella, West Oz Posted 19/01/09 01:26 AM Share Posted 19/01/09 01:26 AM Good idea Dean.Id just like to ask other members too - if you have any spare car parts or even stock parts that you arent gonna use that someone else on the site could use, if you would donate them so they can be auctioned off to put proceeds through for DCVIN and his family, it would be hugely and greatly appreciated.There is further information on www.hopeforbella.com if you would care to take a look.After having a chat with Roger (DCVIN) again yesterday, over $100k is required to put Bella through stem cell treatment and another $30 odd k is required to purchase a vehicle that will be suitable for transport that will enable wheelchair access etc.Rogers father and sister have also had to cease any employment to provide Bella with 24 hour assistance, thus Roger is the only one working to make ends meet as I believe government funding does not go a long way to covering the costs associated with Bella's illness.Dean - maybe we should open another thread (sticky) and people can offer to donate anything that can be auctioned off at a later date.It might be a good idea to leave the actual 'auction' of parts off and have a dedicated cruise in a few months. It will allow us to get hold of a few more things and get it organised properly... Just a suggestion and up to you guys though.Roger - if you want this post changed to take out any of the details iv included, just PM me and ill have it edited if any info is sensitive at all.Cheers people!
