Just did a set on EXRSIK ( straughsberry's car) today. You will need a 36mm socket, long breaker bar, a chisel and hammer. The inner race stays behind and you will need to split it with a chisel, this is the only pain. They are about $140 a side for the SKF brand or go to Ford, they are a bit cheaper.

If you wheel bearing is stuffed to point of seizure you have more symptoms the just a wheel thats difficult to turn by hand

ok well ive had all my discs machined, new pads, new master cylinder, new fluid, then still was the same so I got all the seals in the brake caliper pistons done and still the same, mechanic said the calipers might be warped from the heat created, got new calipers up front 2nd hand and still the same, only wheel bearings or abs left.

doesnt make sense but I know what you mean, ive spent nearly $1300 on this to date, I know that money could be better spent on a tune or something, just need it fixed though
