He's looking at the thread!! So do tell, whats it like being a crazy mofo pope like figure?

Not as exciting as one thinks, everyone will forget it in a few weeks!

First of all, Thanks for all the positive comments guys.. Its good to be noticed :)

So yeah, As you all know I left at about 3:30 - 4am on Monday Morning, embarking for Tamworth. I had the first shift of the drive, which turned out to be about 7 1/2 hours before we swapped drivers, By this time I had already been up for about 24 hours straight, but feeling great. We stopped off for some pictures or stuff we found amusing along with way, such as:

and

And also the Big Submarine in Holbrook, Which was very cool!

We swapped drivers somewhere along the Hume, about 2 hours out from Sydney, Where we stopped in at:

to interview the new MOD in PAT! (Senna_T), Sure enough his computer was showing a browser window with the latest posts from fordxr6turbo.com. I think he was only on the phone when I arrived to make me think he does work! :P

After a quick drink and chat, We were off along the M7 / New england highway to Tamworth, Which took about 4 - 5 hours. We arrived in Tamworth at about 10:30pm (Still no sleep as of yet) and had pictures with the Giant Guitar!

Sure enough, We recieved the puppies after a bit of effort to get them out from under the big pipe thing!

This is where the real fun began! Looking after 8 puppies in a Toyota Corolla! (Took mums car to save petrol), After Sh*tting everywhere, p*ssing everywhere, we had an enjoyable 5 hour drive to Pat's house, Which he kindly got up at 4:30am to let us in for a shower and a charge to our phones/laptops, Thank you so much Pat, You don't know how much I appreciated it. I felt bad after I had a shower and I found out a dog sh*tted on his carpet! (Sorry!)

We depareted Pats at about 5:30 - 6am from memory.. To this point I had had less than an hour of sleep, and was far beyond dillusional. We got some brekky from maccas and were on our way.. After multiple stops to clean the sh*t out of the car, we finally arrived back home at about 5pm today after a VERY long drive.. Driver Fatigue is a killer (I was tripping out!)

Thanks to everyone again, It was a lot of petrol $ and food money but it was well worth it when I got them in the back yard..:

Mate, letting you guys have a shower was the least I could do!

The pups were well worth it and I hope they find their new homes safely!

Well done Jimbo, I hope you don't get too attached when they find a new home! :spoton:
