Wayne is the service technicians name. If you can get this guy as the one who works on your car then go for it - he has been fantastic with mine. Meet with Gareth Dean, their service manager who has also been excellent to deal with. Been serviced there every 7,500km's (oil changes at 7,500 intervals, with regulaer services at 15,000) and have to say very pleased with the service levels.
