I know Jim and the boys know their job and they've held the box together previously, but that torque curve is going to punish the box out at WSID!Let us know when you are going out John, we'll come down and catch up. I don't look nearly as stoogey as Jeffro anyway Pat, You do not have to be harsh at the take off to get a good launch, but you are right putting it to the ground is a challenge for the 4sp. The car struggles to change to 4th when its being pushed.I have a dyno graph telling the story quite clearly...I'm more worried about the Diff and CVs. Traction may become a problem on those MT's.I think it's time to get serious and go for slicks and a much better time.... so stop stuffing around... you know you want to do it!Brian

The Maxxis feel good but when it breaks traction it wants to drift to the left quite abruptly rather than progressively. (like it used to). Maybe the diff is getting a bit tired?I had a couple "moments" at WSID last time out and nearly put the car into the wall. I would like it to stay a little straighter when the rears bite at 1/2 track in 3rd gear!!I will be asking Jim to play with the corner heights and maybe raise the car 1/2 inch all round in the process. As much as everyone is telling me to go for a full slick, I want to try and crack a 10s pass on the 19s. It's all fun !!
