Just took my car to Mick, at Pitlane Auto, standard 2005 mdl Typhoon man, bocsh 968 42lb injectors, k and n filter, plugs, thermo-stat + tune and got power of 294 rwkw. Car is running sweet, but standard bov diaphragm has slit in it. Have blanked it off but wondering if any one has a standard bov for sale?

I blocked my BOV and it seemed to reduce lag quite a bit. When slamming through the gears, does compressor surge keep more air in the system making it easier for the turbo to spool all your lost boost back, or is it much of a muchness?
