Guest Guests Posted 18/12/08 02:46 AM Share Posted 18/12/08 02:46 AM Well done on the purchase & good luck Danny Doing touch up on the street will still be part of the process.. In my opinion, you cannot simulate road load on a dyno. Making sure the PI circuit on the street during gear changes is where its at.. You cant do that on a dyno. What about Hub Dyno's? They can place massive loads on the car/engine much like the road can't they??

They can place massive loads on the car/engine much like the road can't they??Any loads... They really cant simulate Road conditions, Wind resistance etc.A Run on the dyno is only 3rd gear, WOT.. in comparison, a run on the road, WOT from a standard start going through a number of gears.. etc

I have been made redundant 4 times now (gotta love the pay outs)My latest redundancy was a early Chrissy present too. Finished up today, but no payout this time, as I've only been there 12 months :headbang2: Rob
