I play netball with my GF's (just pretend mrs so people dont think im gay) team and a few of my mates on Mondays. I watched for a few years first but I really enjoy it now. My mrs is exceptionally good. 6ft blonde without the thighs that netballers often get :D. She used to be very full on (games against other countries or some crap) and train 4-5 times a week but a ski trip accident put a stop to that a little while back. Now she just plays for fun and fitness.

I play indoor cricket on Tuesdays and the 2nd week of next year we are starting another netball team on Wednesdays. Im not that great BUT when I started playing netball (about 6 months back) I weighed 139kgs and had a pretty bad diet. Only last few years have I stacked on the weight mind you. I'm sorta tall (196cm) and pretty solid anyway but now im down to 127kgs. Diet has changed a little to include more fruit (our family eats fish / vegies / good meats etc almost every night) and a bit more moderation during work hours but I reckon its the netball which has really made a difference. I reckon in 6months I'll be between 115-120ish by just picking up another night of activity!

The girls on my team are all fairly attractive and a couple are single. Great way to meet new people / girls.

Also played a bit of volleyball with a mate on an all boys team... Would like to start up a night of that for some extra fitness. Ohh and my best mate since high school is gay!!!
