Strike_Lightning Strike_Lightning Donating Members 198 Member For: 18y 10m 30d Gender: Male Location: Warnbro WA Posted 29/12/08 11:28 PM Share Posted 29/12/08 11:28 PM If you go to a workshop that has experiance with Fords, its only approx 2-3 hour job. 1hour to pull box off, 30 mins to fit new csc, 1 hour to refit box and 10mins to bleed the clutch then bingo back on the road.Not sure who in your area but most Tuners will have the nessesary equip to be able to do this job easilly.Check out the advertisers forum/threads you should be able to find one close to you. Been lookin on google for places close but cant find nada (cept the one round the corner) Hopin to try and limp it where ever so I dont need to pay for a tow.Been looking at the advertisers but there is only a couple which have there address or city. I dont have a mechanic.. and 100 xtra 4 the tow. after going to every mechnic/workshop within 10 k's, they were by far the cheapest. I knew of a few places elsewhere but would have been more expensive to tow it there- and 4 me to get back there an pick up, thus making it no cheaper. Member 1,742 Member For: 16y 8m 3d Gender: Male Location: Earth Posted 28/03/09 07:04 PM Share Posted 28/03/09 07:04 PM When you say loose you mean the whole extension with the bleed nipple on the end is loose, or the bleed nipple is loose.If the bleed nipple is loose you would have lost your fluid.If the whole extension is loose that's normal.If you get someone to depress the clutch pedal and then try and wiggle it, it will be firm.
