I got one a few months ago for the same reasons, email on the go, and web browsing. Its not too bad, emails always work, though I had to go a see an Apple "genius" (who wasn't one!) to get the email sorted. The thing can chuck the odd spaz here and there, but on the plus side, I stick it in the holder in the car, have itunes playing, see emails as soon as they come in, PMs on the forum, sms all at my finger tips.I wouldnt recommend it for anything other than the above, I think I got suckered by the fancy lights! It has a touch screen and keyboard (hidden under the screen) so you get the best of both worlds.I've seen the new HTC touch is more like the Samsung/iPhone to operate and still has the keyboard hidden under the screen. The keyboard feature really is a great time saver, way better than using the touch screen. I have a HTC Touch II, and I love it. Wanted the same thing with the emails and stuff, but didn't want an exposed keyboard as the phone spends all day in my pocket and it will fill up with grit and crap.
