I'd be up for EC Karts, Wakefield (April onwards once its cooler), or Oran Park or Eastern Creek Skid Pan.

Oran Park is no more, making way for new houses.

Does Eastern Creek Have an Track day? Only because I haven't been there and would be great hitting the straight at top speed.

could start at the old toll booths at berowra take some of the old pacific hwy, then onto peats ridge road and then out through kulnura ,bucketty and into wollombi ,they just happen to have one of the nicest taverns there too , with good food .

it's roughly 1 1/2 hour trip from the old tolls to Wollombi maybe a bit less depends on the run we get

so if one of the Sydney CC's want's to start getting an idea on dates ,and any info I can help with let me know

The sounds like a bit of fun.

I did a longer version of it back in August -Maitland, Dungog, Gresford, Singleton, Wisemans etc... That was a long day, but with all the ups and downs, lefts & rights, it was worth it.

The thunderbolts way cruise that cro organised a few months ago would make a great overnighter... either stopping at tamworth or port for the night so it is 2x 5 hour drives as apposed to the 10+ hours of driving cro had planned

as an added bonus it aint that far for the QLD'ers to come down for the night

I'm planning an overnighter of a similar cruise in February.

Cause it's an overnighter we can go further north, and enjoy even better roads without the 10 hours of driving each day. :idunno:
