No worries... I aint getting upset either way... :beerchug: It's not like I am pulling some bullsh*t figure out of my arse... I have it on a timeslip and a video... Everyone elses times seemed to be coming out fine for the day... I assumed if they f*cked up my timeslip they wouldn't give it to me? Why would they? Surely they would have realised it was set to the wrong thing? :dunno:

I actually just watched the video on my PC in slow mo danny (which you cant do with youtube) and I am crossing the line when the time flashes up... I think the angle may make it look wierd...

In regards to the MTs... I have been trying to source some but haven't been able too... And the other thing that worries me is running semi slicks with a manual and cvs/diff etc that wont last!!!

Believe it or not, I was a happy boy @ Calder today... I thought "thank f*ck for this... I got a decent time..." LOL

I was thinking I wont be back @ Calder to late next year when I can afford to blow up my car if that happens!

See you at the cruise tomorrow boys...

By comparison, Vic (from C&V) is one of the best drivers around.

He did an 11.8 in a manual last year @121mph, and with 1.89 60'.

Usually without a good 60' you won't do a good time. As a guideline we usually say that every 0.1 improvement gives around 0.2 secs improvement in ET, although in a manual you have to assume your shift times are the same, which is nowhere near as definite or reproducible as in an auto.

Best to go out again on MT's and try to back it up.

You need to get your 60' down to around 2.0, so just get some practice. The main thing is that you enjoy yourself.

The most thrill I get is not the first 60', it the buzz going over 130mph on passes... that's when you're really hammering.

LOL I was getting close to having to change my pants @ 220 (I kept going a little bit @ the end...)... that's the fastest I have been in my car... And didn't my sh*tty brakes know about it...

I wonder if the 60 time may have been wrong??? The guy in the skyline next to me had 420 hp @ the wheels and was running semi slicks... Federal 595 RS... And he got a 2.6??? I was talking to him whilst we were waiting for the rain to clear...

The whole thing seems a little f*cked...

Maybe it was kinda like golf and we had to hit off the mens tee??? LOL They put us back a bit which f*cked up our 60 foot time? LOL

I dunno... But I was stoked cause I got no wheelspin, so I thought the time was gonna be quick cause in the past all I have had was wheelspin and was giving it sh*tloads...

Either way... I am 100% sure that would not have been a 1k foot time, as that would put my pass to high 13 seconds... Which I know it definitely wasnt...

I have run a 13 second pass @ 107 mph and a slipping clutch and wheelspin... This was MUCH MUCH quicker than that... :beerchug:

Regardless of the shop Con can peddle. There are some very fast cars out of that shop and I woukld suggest that Con is quicker than Vic. Just my opinion however

Well done wormeister. Hopefully you'll get back out at some stage and do it again. BTW, how much did you spend on your beast to get that 11?

Try and tell me I am at 1000ft when the time flashes up!!! The guy @ the post is looking sideways @ me... I am guessing the 60ft time is wrong... It wasnt that bad a launch...

I am claiming my 11.67 boys... I also ran it in slow mo and got a time of around 11.6-8 from first movement to when I am at the sign using Nero... I know the angle is bad... But that's how it is!
