Guest Guests Posted 06/12/08 12:54 PM Share Posted 06/12/08 12:54 PM regardless of the timing errors, your car simple doesn't have the power, nor did you launch it well enough to run the time your claiming.your pretty much claiming the outright manual record on street tires no less, with a really bad launch. it just doesn't add up.and are you failing to notice your own time slip 330ft and 660ft times and mph which points to a 13 second time. The best I can get from 20+ goes at it is around a 12.9 to 13...

No one here is saying X Y or Z is sh*t, mearly we're trying to highlight the fact that the timeslip and the timing board in the video are a direct evidence there is a timing error.. the 24 MPH is indicative of that! the 1 (for 124) never failed to Light, It didnt print on the timeslip either.. that's why we're saying its a timing problem.I"m looking at a timeslip here, of a Auto BA, And I suggest you go find your 11.8 second timeslip of yours to Also compare60foot - 2.19660' - 7.769mph - 98.79ET - 11.767MPH - 118.04Worms Mid track ET was 9.289, and mid track MPH was 88.99.. Not even close to this timeslip here Yeah ok but wouldnt the bored with the time be right, as that's whats timed from point A to B start-finish the others times on the slip that where printed may be wrong the only thing im going off is the vid to me he leaves the blocks at around the 11 sec mark then cross's at

MPH shows 24.43Timing error!Yeah ok but wouldnt the bored with the time be right, as that's whats timed from point A to B start-finish the others times on the slip that where printed may be wrong the only thing im going off is the vid to me he leaves the blocks at around the 11 sec mark then cross's at 22 Its Likely Showing the 1000' time, not the 1320(1/4 mile) ET.Everything in the Timeslip is correct until after the 1000foot time.. Who knows.. Maybe the guy loaded up his favouriate Mp3 collection as Worm was running on the timing computer! If your using the video as a refrence to when it takes off, and from when the Timing board lights come up, your invalidating it. MPH shows 24.43Timing error!LOL also says 11.67 sec 1/4 mile...Another thing... I was the bloke in the car... My speedo was showing ~195-205km/h... LOL too hard to be exact as it was still increasing... But that isn't 114MPH is it? Looks like I will have to go back again... LOL If your using the video as a refrence to when it takes off, and from when the Timing board lights come up, your invalidating it.Why?

Posted 06/12/08 01:19 PM Share Posted 06/12/08 01:19 PM (edited) First it was tuner wars. Now it is timer wars.Seriously.I don't even own an XR6T anymore but it still goes on.How fast is it?Have you got a slip to prove it? A question that everyone here there and everywhere asks.YES HE DOES.Leave the kid alone. I can only imagine the uproar if he'd been running a full Nizpro kit...Jack Edited 06/12/08 01:19 PM by XR6T8_U

And 2MPH slower at the end... I would have been slower at 60 foot than you... but my speed has caught up between 60 foot and 1/4 mile...ie. Danny is 1.6 @ 27MPH... Worm is 2.6 @ 20MPH... But then I start pulling harder cause my tune is better... And I get closer to your 126MPH... Hence you increase from 27 MPH @ 60foot to 126MPH @ 1320foot...And I increase from 20MPH @ 60foot to 124MPH t @ 1320foot...In between we end up running pretty much the same time... Mine a bit faster cause I have gone increased 104MPH whereas you have increase 99MPH.... Its not that hard to work out...Ever think someone might be able to drive a manual well... Get good shifts, no wheelspin and have a nice tune that doesn't produce way too much torque and cause wheelspin? Its easy... Just watch the video... It shows take off @ 10.5-11 seconds and ending around 22-22.5 seconds... (ie. 11.67 difference!) Hence the reason I filmed it.WormDude.. You are ASSUMING yours is 124mph, when both the timing board, and the timesheet SHOW 24.xx!as ford esky said before, Your mid track numbers DO NOT add up to 124MPH OR 11.67. Its against drag racing mathmatics! The video is irrelavent, you CANNOT see when the car crosses the line.. When the timing board lights up is not a indication of crossing the 1/4 mile point, chances are it lit up BEFORE you crossed the finish line, with the results of the 1000foot! This is what we are arguing about! It shows a 1320" (1/4 mile) time 0.001 quicker than the 1000" time, as well as showing 24.xx MPH..(NOT 124mph)Go have a look at itAlso. There's nothing wrong with a full nizpro kit
