Hey guys ive been reading alot of forums on this site and have constanly seen 300rwkw as a nice number.

My question is what does this work out two in standard from ie, what does this equal out too at the engine just like ford use to measure there power. im looking at upgrading to a BF phoon and want around the 300 mark as that should fight off most red corner enemys.

thanks guys

Depends who you talk to.

Me, I see 300rwkw as 400fwkw. And 300fwkw equals roughly 230rwkw.

That's keeping it simple without going too in depth about the difference of auto and manual.

My BF had 195rwkw at the wheels stock.

That represents a loss of about 20% through the drivetrain.

So:

- to go from fwkw to rwkw simply multiply by 0.80

- to go from rwkw to fwkw simply multiply by 1.25

300rwkw would be approx. 375fwkw

Cheers

I do the "at the wheels in Horsepower is at the engine in Killerwasp's thing"

So, 300rwkw is 402rwhp (300 x 1.34) = 402fwkw or nearly 539fwhp (402 divided by 1.34)

Each to there own though and this is my way (easy) but I think Nizpro's way is the best as they have tested and proven on both engine and wheel dyno's.
