Any Falcon or Commodore/Kingy with a decent, rust free panel will be fine to cut up.You need a decent panel, one that can handle being welded OK without warping, that's why the newer school metals are no good, they are too thin and buckle up when welded, grinded, and filed smooth. Im sure you can tell the difference between the metal used on the Zephyr and the G6!!!! There's no school llike old school.Oh yeah, grab some sheet cardboard, so we can make some templates. Have you also got access to body stuff, ie you will need a smidge of filler, and also some primer. If you leave the freshly welded panels too long they develop surface rust and look poo. Especially down your way.Oh, yeah, some sausages and onions too. Not for the car, for lunch.
