Nah we're just playin dude...

I actually saw a white G6ET today and in white they actually looked bloody nice, I suppose because the grill doesn't stand out so much.

Well he got owned, so I guess he's gone off for a sulk or maybe some alone time with a K-Mart flyer.

Alright not value, but how the f*ck does a F6 look like an XT??

The Ford spare parts database lists the headlights from a FG XT as the same headlights as the FPV range! :shocked:

  • Still have a turbo, it's just on a diesel.

that's because they are the same. To make the FPV's FGs different from the XRs they decided to use XT lights instead. So FPVs are closer to the povo pack than you think. :shocked:

You poor misguided fool. You’re the one that lost whatever credibility you had left.

I just realised that I’d had all the fun I could with you and moved on, to keep going is just plain cruel. :pukeup:

Sooooo, it's not actually better in any way shape or form?

Looks = F6

Power = F6

Handling Setup = F6

Value = F6

But most importantly

Not looking like a jazzed up XT = F6

sh*t I should work for carsguide.

What about comfort?

hi guys

a family member showed me hes new g6e 3 weeks ago, I said to the wife come and have a look at this, wow very very nice family car .

I said how much he said 36000 , so I went shopping lol,have not been a ford man since my early days I had the xt then ,xw gt, xb fairmont xf fairmont gia xc alan moffit special that's the last tme I had a ford.iam an old bugger now , but still like my cars. anyway I looked at the f6, merc, bmw,and a few others from $55000 to 75000 my price range but value for money I could not go past the g6e. then I found out they made a turbo in that model, I got it for 44000 drive away a family car with plenty of grunt, if I want to use it. and that's only every now and then,I agree with dill the f6 looks sporty but that's not what I was after. it had nothing to do with if I could afford the f6 or not,I can see why it was voted best car.I think it was a great value for the money, I just picked up my g6et today,I found a few faults already lol,but the wife will drive it 95% of the time and she loves it. cant get her out of it lol.

well done ford

p.s I was driving a ssz commodore they would only give me 20000 trade ,so I kept it.
