Does someone wanna post up the final deteils? whos coming, where n when? just 2 make it official.

See u guys tonight

I did PM this to you already butto.....

Friday 5th December.

This run will be around 200ks (Heathcote and return) with a total “driving time” of around 2 and a half hours.

Cruise details are…….

I have decided to leave Heathcote at 8.00pm so we will have time to socialise for a half an hour or so at Albion Park and the Pie shop.

This should also ensure that we get home at some sort of reasonable hour as well.

Meet at Caltex Heathcote at 7.30pm for an 8.00pm leave

Turn off the freeway at Waterfall onto Old Princes Highway , down through Helensburgh to Bulli and rejoin the freeway and follow to the BP service station on the highway at Albion Park.

Speed camera halfway down Mt. Ousley and another at the bottom near the university.

We should arrive at Albion park around 8.45pm. and be on our way by 9.20pm.

There is a KFC at the servo for those who want a bite or a coffee.

From Albion Park down the highway to Kiama.

There are roadworks but the road is all sealed, however, there is a 60klm limit on some sections.

Turn off at Gibbs St and follow through Kiama township turning right at Terralong St onto Jamberoo road.

Follow Jamberoo road through Jamberoo and onto Terry St at Albion Park turning left onto Illawarra Highway.

Follow Illawarra highway to the foot of Macquarie Pass where we stop for a few minutes to allow everyone to catch up and make sure the Pass is free of traffic.

By my reckoning, we should be arriving at the pie shop around 10.20pm.

Meet at the pie shop at Robertson for a catchup and let the turbos cool down a little.

before coming back down and returning to the highway and home.

Depending on the hour, I may turn off at Fairy Meadow and come back up the coast road but this will be decided on the night.

As always guys, a CB radio is a must on these runs, and since its also dangerous to try and use one while your driving…..bringing a friend to use it is even better….

Naturally, participants can join or leave the cruise at any time….but please let others know, so if you suddenly vanish, we won’t waste time backtracking and looking for you.

Here’s hoping the weather is good to us and everyone has a safe and enjoyable time.

bigger thanks to the guy that organised/hosted it!

Thanks....glad to see such a great turnout....and special thanks to Aaron and Robbo for helping out as cruise leaders while I bought up the rear....

and to the guy with the other bionik xr6t with the f6 wing... were still trading gear boxes right? haha!

Err sorry....but No....

What started out as a "little" night run for a few of the guys grew into one of the biggest turnouts weve seen so far with 27 participants!! and following the conga line down the highway sure looked and sounded impressive with Jeff and Stan trading exhaust bellows with the guy in the black Late model camira SS.... :3gears:

Unfortunately, Ernie cooked his gearbox on Jamberoo road, covering myself and Robbo with trans oil....but our cars will wash and I hope he gets his gearbox fixed up with not to much drama...

The cement dust down the Pass was a bit of a pain...not only was it slippery, but combined with the oil...vision wasn't real flash either....

I must make mention of the guys who couldn't keep formation on way to Kiama.....its a cruise guys..not a race, and having people going willynilly all over the place and jumping over others in the queue doesn't make us look good you know... :bopp:

Many thanks to all who supported the night, it was great to catch up with you all :nuts2:

Looking forward to the next one in January...........:spoton:

Thanks to the organisers (you know who you are), had a blast last night, even though SWMBO was in the car with me.

Going up Mac pass was great fun & putting on a show for the louts in the nearby pub was nearly as good.

And yeah as Reg said going in to Kiama got a little hectic. Cars where going everywhere & then everyone trying to merge into the left lane all at once made made things pretty interesting.

Almost darted another car up the ass :nuts2::bowdown:

Awesome night as usual, damn cruises make me not want to sell the car.

The cement dust was err fun. Didn't have that much less traction but vision was not very good.

the only bad bit was the tow home.......... $600 bucks :censored:
