There shouldn't be any excuses as the colour should be the same all over. The only difference is when in the sun makes me drool more. Also have a FG in sensation and there is definitely no difference in colours. Its due to the different surfaces of metal and plastic, and the way the paint sticks to it. Silver and other light metallics are usually the worst. The FG's have been pretty good so far but the VE's are woeful. I've seen a red Clubby that looked 2 shades different from bumpers to guards.Unless you have a huge variation in colour don't worry about it.
