In regards to issues for peeling an onion as per the initial post, I would recommend purchasing a bag of frozen chopped up onions. All you need to do is open the bag carefully so that you don't spill any onion bits and apply to what ever you need to apply. Remember to add a teaspoon of oil to a hot pan, then add the onions. :thumbsup:
