I think it was a fair result considering the car has a set of20" wheels on it. If someone has a set of std 17" wheels that we can do some power run testing that would be great.

So what if its got 20's are you trying to say if it had 17's it would make more power :roflmbo:

you guys dont deal with HPF by any chance do you lol

Might make a few kw's difference but nothing to worry about! I have never had my car dyno'd with anything smaller than a 19" rim & my power has never read low as far as I can tell...

We had Troy's car on the dyno again yesterday after getting a full 3.5" CES exhaust system. We also fitted a set of Seimens injectors and retuned the Ford Flash Tuner II and set the boost to 12psi. At this boost level and with the standard intercooler, we made 311rwkw. With all the crap weather it was a bit hard to give it an honest test drive, but given a chance and some dry weather, no doubt Troy will give it a good go.

Good to see it progressing along guys, you'll see a huge difference once you put the new intake gear on, the stock stuff is so restrictive its not funny!

Hi all,

As Mercury have told us, we have has an adventurous last 2 days. Yesterday, we installed a CES off the shelf performance exhaust, and got some great figures from it...ended up with 311 Rwkw @ 12 PSI boost.

I have spent the day at CES today where we have removed the back section which was the twin tip out back section, and I have had the rear end custom made, still with the 3 1/2 inch system, but converted into a twin 2 1/2 inch system, but splitting the pipes out each side...yeah I know, I like the look, and it's a bit different, but a hell of a lot of work!

Will be dyno'ing it again tomorrow to see if it makes any difference, we know it won't gain any, and hopefully won't lose any either :crybaby:
