Yes I was also frustrated with my previous Ford's [EA Fairmont and EL Tickford XR6] but that soon changed when I bought my

T almost 4 years ago. I love these BA/BF's and with a little bit of extra boost they are total weapons!!!

It's a shame they'll be the next cult car though??

stuff amg. I can sleep at night knowing I bought an aussie animal & I didnt have to sell my left nut to get it. I know what id get if I had the choice, whats sitting in my driveway right now. all the luxury I need & the balls to leave just about anything far in the rear vision mirror.

I love my ford & couldnt imagine driving anything else.

Do yourself a favour and get a job as a mechanic at Ford lol. You will see all the faults others have and fix em for pretty much nothing on your own. Good value for money I reckon and a piece of piss to work on at any end of the car.

Well, Ive always been a ford man, my first new car was an EB, it was stock, white and boring, but nothing ever went wrong with it. I had plenty of old school ford V8s befor it, but it did have something special about it, it just needed to handle, stop and go... so I sold it lol and got into turbo jap cars, then turbo Euros (audi & volvo) these things well awesome, built so strong, handled well, stopped great, but even with all the turbo mods I did, they didnt really go really hard.

Then the BA came out, turbo falcon, I thought that would be awesome... so I bought an EB again, this time for only $2000 and put 20 grand aside to make it into my own XR6T!

I accually ended up building 2 EA turbos, the EB turbo and an ED turbo befor I decided to get the BA back in late 05.

I'll never forget running a worked SS in the old EA and nailing him, that was the first taste of what it was like to have a seriously fast falcon, that looked fairly ordinary.

I'll most likely have this BA for a long time, as with a few of my previous toys, they end up stripped out, track cars, hopefully this one wont lol

I never really was into fords until the xr6 turbo came out, now I can't see myself driving anything else! IMO The T and F6 is hands down the best car you can own power wise, small dollars spent can acheive great power figures.

I've noticed lately that a lot of Expensive Daewoo drivers dont try and drag me as much as they used to, maybe a lot of them are waking up to the fact that their cars dont cut it when it comes to the T...

You sound exactly like me Purv. Not a Ford fan at all, always liked the look of Holdens better.

And then the BA came out with a turbo... Looks & speed in a car that I could someday afford. Now I'm converted.

Still not particularly a Ford fan, but I'm definitely a Turbo Falcon fan

I've noticed that it's hard to get a decent run out of anyone these days too. I think you're right, a lot of them hear a vented BOV or a louder than stock zorst and think "ARGH! Modded T".

Everyone now and then you get one who thinks his balls are huge until a light goes red and you're side by side.

Then all of a sudden there's something really, really interesting in the centre console or glovebox that takes their attention for the duration of the light...

Yup, it's pretty quiet on my private rd. :o

Can't wait for cooler and injectors in the next couple of weeks, then I can spend some cash on making this thing look like a modded car!

what isn't wrong with it. car turns self off so change the tps still does it n just want it fixed. someone ripped my left hand mirror off it. got a flat had chaser on it n then I get another flat so had to crawl to the tyre shop (was just around the corner). just over it atm lol.
