I wouldn't say im a ford man I wouldn't run around with a ford hat or t-shirt on but I certainly love my T and don't believe I'd buy anything else except a Merc

So I followed him along my private race track for a bit and tried again.... Same result slowly pulling ahead with no sign of catching him in the higher gears. So I followed him back to his house and said "F*ck me!! wat have you done to that thing? Its off its t*ts!" N this is where my faith was restored in my T. Turns out the thing has been worked to the point of all forged internals and all that kinda stuff, all up equating to a $30,000 motor! Running on 6psi, but built to handle 37psi.Considering his motor cost 1.5 times wat my whole car cost... it should have beat me! Then I thought if I spent the difference in the cost on my motor? I would have demolished him! In fact just with a tune I would have been even with him and an upgraded IC and Injectors would have seen me past him, exactly the reason for my current upgrading. The AU's were crap. Had a ZJ fairlane then a VS bombadore then when I saw the BA turbo and took for a test drive could not resist this machine! Loved the transmission and a great engine. I am now loving doing mods and getting that extra grunt. Can't wait to put the cooler and exhaust on!Cheers

Then the BA's arrived. Just got off my P's and was lookin for a new ride, I wanted a car that went like stink and could fit me and the boys comfortably. Out went the idea of anything Jap, loved holdens but after test driving a VY SS, I was dissapointed. XR6T's were gettin affordable, took one for a test drive and have never looked back... I Was always into my jap turbo cars over the past 7 years, but just as of Saturday evening I was completely converted. Coming back from GOR (that's another story) through Geelong and back onto the western ring rd via the onramp... this 00 sti was giving it the dogs bollocks.. I stayed with him around the sweeper (I was surprised myself here lol, he was giving it all it had.. it was SCREAMING).. then as soon as it straighted up dropped back to 4th and OMFG I put at least 6 car lengths on him.. needles to say he didn't try anything else.I can't imagine owning another car right now, completely in love with the bang for buck factor!go the blue oval! What you didnt mention was that his is a twin turbo 6 litre, pushing our 450rwkw, and he absolutely smoked your arse worm!
