Legal tint can still be metalic ,the metalic tint is just a better quality film than the cheap stuff

we just did the girls new car it has the ariel in the back window to and we did notice a bit of a drop in reception , her's is only 30% metalic film ,when I say metalic it doesn't look metalic it's something to do with the material used

ive got the same problem but I have the correct tint, my radio worked fine 2 years ago, now driving around on FM it fuzzes randomly... its like the signal being transmitted is heaps weaker than it used to be

is there a FM booster or sumthing that just tee's into the cable at the back of the ICC?

Geessssss, ok - want some help fixing the issue...

easy...

Remove the ICC unit, and locate the Ant connection... Head to Jaycar and get urself one of the many different types of car Ant's they carry, run some new line and connect the new Ant on the exterior of the car...

Assuming your pic of the ute is your ride - maybe on the rear windscreen...

I dont listen to the radio much, would much prefer something of my own choice when I want - CD or MP3...

But this should get you out of trouble... all up prob cost you about... $50...
