by different wheels you mean the center of the spokes sticks out on the mk2 and in on the mk1?

I have a mk2 with the outy wheels but then a 2 mates with mk1s also have outy wheels. I believe both are 04.

another mate has an 03 mk1 and has the iny wheels.

Both manual and auto gearboxes are different. MK1 had 5 speed and MK2 had 6 speed manual. MK2 Auto had better clutch packs I think.

The centre of the wheels on the MK2 are in. The MK1 rims are more flat faced.

Mk2 has mk2 badges, illuminated window switches, sports alloy pedals, different rims and new paint colours eg. Venom red was dropped for Vixen red, Blood orange was dropped for mandarin, harvest green was dropped for envy.
