You mean like 325i? I was under the impression that the I meant "injected", and in this instance the 3 means 3 series, and the 25 relates to the 2.5L engine. Ze Germanz are tooo efficient to waste ze numberz my friend!

Yeah agree on the numbers - 3 means 3 series, 25 means 2.5 etc... However I guess im wrong on the 'I' part then, I had been told that it meant individual meaning optioned... But in this case, I had never looked to back it up, therefore guess I'm wrong this time round!

some early ba cars had intercoolers from fpv from the factory. they are not actually typhoon coolers but. think mine has an fpv stamp on it..

I think all of the coolers have FPV on them.

Noticed on the weekend that my exhaust hangers even had FPV embossed on them... :clap:

yup! Test the theory out! Obviously things like the M, X, and Z series don't count - that's cheating. Just the normal 1, 3, 5 and 7 series cars I guess.
