lol this sentence this is the first line of the Ford dealer how to speak to customers hand book. the second line says "we clear the codes and we couldnt find the problem.

Try tightening all the IC pipe clamps... might be a small leak that seals up on higer boost.

The stock pipes are all plastic so leaks will prob pop up over time, mine were really loose after 5000kays, but it never made any noises which was odd

Just pop them off with a screw driver or pliers, theres a normal screw clamp lurking under them ;)

Can also be any of the manifold bolts and or turbo bolts... fair chance some of them are not tight.

In all serious I looked into Holdens service to see how they compare to ford (I love fords car but service/warrenty really disapoints).

Try looking up the sticking clutch issue on VE V8 commodores. Basically a know problem for 3 years and only just getting a fix now. I think they are upgrading the clutch slave to the old VZ one as the new (cheaper) one couldnt handle sustained high RPM. Imagine haveing a problem for three years and getting nowhere.

I've had an oil leak from my timing case fixed, no problem mechanically other than that. Ford can't fix the effin base of my drivers seat though, they have had it four times and it's still f##ked.
