Well, the idea was I would train for the gong ride, as it turns out my cousins bucks is on today so I cant do it. But I have lost 10.5kgs since August 9 riding a couple of times a week. I am going to do the Alpine Classic in Victoria in Jan, I aim to lose another 10kgs by then. just get out there and do it!
