The office up here has only been open for just on a year so we're still establishing ourselves in the area, but I reckon it's just the calm before the storm. especially if a million or so people lose their jobs over the next 12 months as a few economists are predicting. The building industry is a bit up and down at the moment. Housing is dead we haven't done a house slab in about 3 weeks. Industrial work is all we are doing at the moment and the company I contract for has a few big jobs on the cards which should keep us busy for the next 6 to 12 months but after that who knows. If people can't borrow any money they wont be building anything.
