ok - I rang Just Car again this morning - the cost has actually gone down :censored:

$49,200 - agreed value

$1,777 - yearly cost

age excess $300, std excess $400 and $400 compulsory excess ($1100 total)

$1100 for an at fault claim

$1200 for a theft

so there u go....

Keep ringing! I'm 23 and are paying half that amount through Ford Insure. Just car insurance wanted about the same for me to, and they wanted an immobiliser fitted as well, so if you take the cost of getting that into account it's really expensive!

Hi PPLs,

I've got issues. :D

I'm 23 and I've got my XR6T currently insured thru RACV for $1200. (I've had plenty of insurance in the past and also have a house insured)

Now as I don't have a sensible bone in my body I thought it's time to mod her up a bit... just a Stage 1 kit with injectors from APS.

Now I've spoken to RACV and got a resounding 'NO MODs' answer from them...

Anyone have a recommended Insurer to have a go with that is Mods friendly?

Somehow I think my age will stop me getting anything done... :sook:

Cheers,

Miyagi
