They would have to wait till you renewal your policy.Well looks like you'll be moving on.Maybe its just a North Old thing.

sexual harrassment panda I see a red door and I want to paint it black Donating Members 5,919 Member For: 15y 2m 9d Gender: Male Location: Far north queensland Posted 21/03/14 09:33 PM Share Posted 21/03/14 09:33 PM just paid mine. usual $600 std excess. maybe they dont like you??Damo - very interesting. I was on the phone to them for ages yesterday and they said all "high performance" vehicles now attract a minimum $1200 excess. Maybe It's only the B series as they would have had more claims? I might ring them later and ask,I got my renewal a mth ago which is the normal practice...unless they have dreamt this up in the last fortnight? mine as you might know is a mk2 fg. but I cant see why that would make yours dearer than mine? I did however get reamed for an extra $200 odd this year.had a whinge to them and was given the typical bullsh*t so I shopped around, were either dearer or wouldnt touch me because of mods or what it (my car) is.somehow I had the feeling they knew that would happen and low and behold I'd come back. to me they are nothing but a necessary evil and they know it the bastards!just did a mock quote online, made out I was a new customer, excess is still the same. give it try panda, just use your neighbours addy and see what you get. Makes the price more reasonable. Think it was around the $600 mark including optional windscreen cover. I've got one at fault claim in my history, with another insurer...it was 2 weeks after I bought my turbo...oops.
