Rating one and the best insurance quote I could find is $990 from Comm Insure... Not really happy... Is that about right??

Had an accident about 2 years ago in my old sh*tty vt. AAMI had it repaired and when I went to pick the car up the rear had not been repaired. The bloke goes "did you get hit in the rear as well? Is it written on the sheet?" Sure enough it was on the sheet. The repairs were well over half the insured value. It should of been a write off. Not only that but the aircon unit in the console was working before the accident and afterwards it was not. The bloke from AAMI said "No it wasn't working". The bloke was calling me a liar. AAMI may have been the cheapest to insure with but after that they will never have my business again.
