I've been looking to change my PL over to them got quoted 11.7%, 12.4%, 13.1% and 13.7% it's a joke. Still better than 16% through CBA :spoton: I hate those bastards.

im with Racv and I have told them of all my mods. I made a claim 6 months ago and had no issues with them paying up, I just put new wheels on so I might ring them again and find out if there policy has changed

I only pay $590 a year and it used to be cheaper until I made a claim, mind you it was a hit and run

(pricks)

I'm with RACV, I rang them up tp see what I could do with in there policy.

And this is it:

You can change exhaust, but only from the CAT BACK, must retain OEM dump pipe and cat.

NO engine/induction mods, EVERY THING under the bonnet must be factory.

The car can be lowered 35mm from the base model hight, ie you can lower an XT but you cant lower your XR...

But I never asked about wheels...

hey guys im 19 years old just I have a xr6t bf mkII 06 ute and she aint stock 438rwhp

just cars insured me for 2178 a year.. not bad I thought

Yeh I have been phoning around for 2 days, most places wont insure me at all, budget direct would'nt insure a driver under 35 for the 03 xr6T!

Just car has been the cheapest premium wise at $2100, but they have a $3100 excess or $3400 if stolen which is pathetic.

At the moment its looking like its gonna be RAC with a $2400 premium and $850 excess.

Sgio also gave me an alright quote at $2398 but with higher excess at $1100

I am 19 years old by the way, I would have to say try those companies first.

looks like ill have to go just car then.

I got a quote from them listing me as driver ( im 21) with all mods to be done (stage 2 nizpro with all the required parts to do it properly) and it will cost me $1373 per year, I thought that was pretty good,

Doesn't sound right. At that age I was paying $2200 with just cars and I didn't have as many mods as a stage 2 nizpro!!

I'm paying 1400 with just car at 21, most mods aloud. but excess is like 3k lol Just car allows you to push your excess up and premium down

I'm 24 and with RACV I pay $2200 per annum for the RSpec. that's with a multipolicy discount with my house and contents insurance, the Accord Euro insurance AND I'm a rating 1 for life.
