Agree, this can't be right, defeats the whole purpose of "comprehensive" insurance. Can you confirm this Falc? as who would insure with them with that kind of a statement, not me, I'm with the sister company RACV and will check up if you cant clarify.

Ooops.....seems I didn't read the fine print # 2 actually applies only for third party property insurance, not comprehensive. So it's actually a good thing.
