Such penalties and fees will be your responsibility. The trades people I spoke to said that RACV, NRMA and the relevant IAG companies were just painful to deal with and customers had to complain to get accident damage repaired. We went to Alliance eventually because tradespeople said they approve, repair and have no hastles dealing with the company.Considering I'm buying a service that I hope to never use, I decided to get the best service should I need that service. Just looked up insurance cause I'm planning on getting a G6ET soon and some of the companies who gave me quotes 5 months ago (outrageously priced) now won't even insure you unless all drivers are over 30...
