Driver survives after wrapping a $250,000 Ferrari around a pole in Adelaide

October 28, 2008 03:20pm

IMAGINE having to explain this one to your parents. AdelaideNow reports the $250,000 Ferrari was found wrapped around a pole after “zinging” through a residential area.

Check out more pictures of the Ferrari.

Both the driver and his passenger walked free from the wreckage, but were taken to Royal Adelaide Hospital for treatment.

A witness identified only as Vlado said: "I was outside my house talking and we heard something fly up and it was this black Ferrari. It sounded just like, 'zing, zing", as it went past."

We’re making a few assumptions here, but when a young guy is driving a Ferrari worth a quarter of a million bucks, and then splits it almost in two, someone’s going to be grounded for life.

that's probably the dust from the air bags.. no need to dust for prints when the driver and passenger have both been taken to hospital
