Nice work... Must be a frigging massive house... 100 squares?

A 50 square house down here costs around $200k... If you had to take out over $400k to build it, must be huge... Triple story? Tennis courts? 6 car garage for your other lambo and porsche?

a decent quality 50sq house will easily cost 400+. if architecually designed ive seen them cost upwards of 800, always more expensive than the land 2.

I like to think I'm young and own a F6 but at 30 and I am starting to think I might not make the young category.

Any way I have the lease on the f6 and the mortgage of 440k...All though if I keep on the punt like today I will have to sell every thing....lol

It took me until race 10 at flemington to back a winner and I only backed the horse because it the name was something I wanted from my GF... All Silent...

man I wish I was young again. Cause at 32 and I wanted to bitch slap my 20yo self and say dont waste the little money you have on partying, cars, overseas trips and put in on a house. 12 Years ago houses where worth jack sh*t what they are now and I would be close to a millionaire if I bought property and land where the oldies live currently. In the end though I have life experiences so cant complain too much as have a wife, a kid, own 2 cars and have a 300k mortage.

Yeah saving for a house would be the smart thing to do, with the 21k new home builders grant atm as well, but it just seems to hard for me atm, I have a sh*t job, it pays well but I hate it. Trying to get an apprenticeship for next year, ill do that for 4 years then hopefully have a trade and decent income then put it all towards a house.
