I still find it hard to work out what job you cold do to have an FPV that you own at 24, along with a big house and buying another $350k house...

Did you earn all of this money yourself? Or inherit some...

If you go to Uni, it takes up until 21ish... Then earn ave $55-60k per year in first three years... How do you pay tax, for a deposit and to own a $70k car?

Did you leave school early? And start an apprenticeship??

That I believe and good luck to you. But 24 with a $400k mortgage and a phoon, and another property seems a little far fetched... You would have to be earning in excess of $200k a year + for a bank to give you that money... And have a 20 percent deposit...

Earning $200k, having saved $100k deposit for a house, $50k for a renter and shelling out for a $70k phoon plus everything else in your house by the age of 24 is impressive...

I wanna know how he does it? Is your name Russ Packer? Related to Kerry?

335rwkw, leather, same box, better wheels, better colour, better driver, better looking driver, bigger pen*s... The list goes on buddy... I dont know what you are talking about?

That deserves a sticker. A+

Is that why you started this thread worm, you find it intimidating that you were eating mummy's dinners, reciting the times tables on the toilet and getting tucked in at night when you were 24?

Boo hoo :bye:

Well when I was 16 I bought a block of land for $40,000, didnt bulid on it till three years ago. Before I started to build the land was valued at $220,000, built a big house and now total value of house and land is around $800,000(give or take with todays economy). Left school at end of year 10, then got a job as a apprentice lecko. Now have a well paying government job still as a leko, the mrs is a school teacher at a private school. I dont see why its that far fetched that I can afford a $400000 home loan. We pay extra a week and its only $1000 per week. I paid for my phoon with my savings as I didnt need a deposite for the house because of the equity in the land. Now with the equity in the house I can borrow against it to get my rental. Need to know anymore about my finances just let me know....
